Agility and adaptability have been part of the EirEng DNA from day one. Part of this has been us working with a network of professional colleagues remotely since long before the covid-19 pandemic hit us in 2019.
This meant we already prepared to continue working effectively in a fully remote capacity.
We continue to work flexibly with a blended approach to working from home and working in the office and some staff working remotely in a permanent capacity.
