Building on the extensive portfolio of the Founding Directors such as the Herbert Park and Bushy Park Developments for Sheelin McSharry, our staff carry out the lead engineering role on numerous high quality residential developments and bring the same level of detailed design to our individual residential projects as we did to these projects. In a residential setting the building structure must be robust, low maintenance but also unobtrusive which can bring interesting challenges with the development of larger and more open glazed areas in architecturally designed homes. We work hard with team members to ensure that the latest statutory and technical requirements are covered by an integrated approach
