Huge congratulations to Thomas Byrne on his promotion to Associate Civil Engineer.
Thomas has been a driving force in our civils team, leading by example and making a real impact.
We’re excited to see his trademark Dr Martens step into this new position and continue to push EirEng on.
We’re pleased to share that Matthew Redfern has been promoted to Principal Civil Engineer.
Matt is certainly well acquainted with terrain gradients from sliding down mountains on bikes and boards. In the office he has been making a huge contribution to our team through his technical expertise, focus on detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
In the Principal Engineer role, Matt will be responsible for continuing to improve our technical quality standards in the Civils team, driving us on together.
We are excited to announce that Peter Anderson has been promoted to Associate Director.
With a very well-earned step forward, Peter has played a key role in building our team in Bath. Peter continuously delivers successful projects while supporting our growing team with his experience and leadership (whether he’s wearing his cycling lycra, running gear, touch rugby kit, or even a shirt and chinos.)

A well-earned promotion for Peter Herangi, who steps into the role of Principal Technician.
Peter’s attention to detail and collaborative approach have been invaluable to the team.
Bringing lessons from the many years working in the Irish Civil Construction Sector, he will be assisting us greatly in putting shape on our CAD group, pulling us together in terms of our BIM approach and driving us onward together.
