Travis Perkins project in Birmingham

Some great progress on site for our Travis Perkins project in Birmingham, working alongside the main contractor Magrock, where we are developing three industrial warehouse units and an extensive external yard to generate more value for our client.

To create the plateau for this site, we’ve assisted Magrock and Travis Perkins in overcoming the challenge of building on a site constrained by poor made-ground, existing retaining walls and directly adjacent to a deep Victorian-era culvert (constructed in some beautiful engineering brickwork – they knew how to build some serious drainage infrastructure to last back in the day!)

It is always nice to see our projects come to life from start to finish, utilising our civil and structural engineering skills to unlock sites and realise the value of the space.
