Converting Commercial Space in Lincoln

We have been up to Lincoln recently, helping our client to understand his existing structure on the high street and how we can maximise potential for converting an old commercial space into new resi units.

We can’t show you the property for NDA reasons, but it was great to see such a fantastic city with architectural heritage and a lively high street.

It will be interesting to see how the high street adapts, and converting old commercial spaces into resi should help to breath new life into it.
