EirEng Make Over 30% Concrete Savings

From preconstruction stages onwards, EirEng have been collaborating with Magrock and Wrenbridge to validate value engineering opportunities and provide onsite support. Our work has led to over 30% concrete savings in the foundations and reuse of almost all site won fill. EirEng raised site levels to balance cut and fill and remove the need to take excess cut off site. Existing made ground was sorted and graded for reuse as Class 1 general fill and existing building slabs crushed to be used as 6F2 Capping (in combination with a geogrid).
The team have been making great progress on site and we look forward to seeing another successful job completed in the near future!
