London Logistics hub – Site Visit

It is great to see the progress being made at this site in North London, where we are delivering a 100,000 sq ft logistics hub for an industry leading online retailer.

The development includes delivery of a last-mile delivery station and 450 space multi-storey van storage deck. Set in a strategic location, this new specialised facility will increase operational capacity and form a key network of several sites currently being progressed within the M25.

While this project has presented unique challenges due to complex site constraints, navigating them with such an excellent team of architects and contractors has been a true pleasure. Proud of the progress we’re making!
