Cardiff Logistics Hub

The development includes an 11000m2 logistics hub and will operate as a key distribution facility, supporting delivery fleets serving the surrounding area and strengthening regional operational capacity. EirEng delivered the planning and tender stages alongside the client-side PM and were novated to the Contractor Winvic. EirEng worked in conjunction with Architects SMR and Steel Fabricators Severfield to develop the construction information and support the contractor through the construction phase.
