Full civil and structural engineering services were provided from planning through to completion of a 2,675m2 cold storage facility incorporating offsite fabricated modular office accommodation.
The facility consists of 5 docks, level access from the yard areas, trailer parking and carparking developed on a greenfield site in St Margaret’s, Co. Dublin.
SUDS features including permeable paving, filter drains, and an attenuation tank were provided as part of the site civils works.
