This project consisted of refurbishment of existing office space at 3rd, 4th and 5th floor level and the existing 3 storey atrium along with the construction of a new shower and toilet back and other associated staff welfare facilities. The external plaza was also upgraded as part of the works. The original atrium was upgraded with new glass cladding and bespoke features walls.
