10 Years Trading

In October 2011, I persuaded Jeremy Lamb and Niall Logue to join me for a swim in the Irish Sea to celebrate the launch of EirEng Consulting Engineers. We were the full staff complement of EirEng at the time and although the photograph of three slightly overweight men isn’t something we are proud of, the successful growth over the ten years since is a source of great pride. From an initial staff of three, we have grown steadily to a staff of over thirty in two offices in 2021.

Our mission from the beginning was ensure that our clients got a personal and high-quality service, with an emphasis of commercially efficient designs. We also wanted to make sure that the work environment is enjoyable for our staff as they are our greatest resource. It is satisfying that, through the efforts of all at EirEng, we have managed to achieve this although we are acutely aware that we need to keep our focus to both maintain and improve on this. We are also extremely grateful for the support and loyalty of our clients during our growth over the years.

We started out in the middle of the Global Financial Crisis and have reached our ten-year anniversary in the middle of a Pandemic. That’s not exactly how we saw things going, but we are launching our new Branding and Website with the clear belief that we are nearing the end of this latest curve ball and better times are ahead. We hope that you will continue on our journey with us.
