Chinese Lunar New Year Celebrations 2024

The EirEng Dublin office recently enjoyed bringing in the Lunar New Year.

Design Engineer Yang Bian, ahead of travelling home to be with her family for the festivities, volunteered to teach us how to make some delicious dumplings.

Some mixed results from some of us who were new to making dumplings… but delicious all the same, and certainly no one left hungry!
